Diagnosed restricted airflow to furnace and inoperative pilot light in fireplace. Corrective actions included cleaning heavily soiled air filter and flame sensor to restore proper system operation.
Completed scheduled winter maintenance on three rooftop units, including replacing return air filters (4 units of 18x24x2 and 8 units of 16x16x2). Performed comprehensive heating system safety checks, verified proper heating and fan operation, and inspected heat exchangers. Observed units in good working condition despite snow coverage on rooftop. All systems functioning normally with no issues detected.
Completed scheduled commercial heating maintenance on two Daikin rooftop units as part of Fall/Winter prepaid visit. Service included changing return air filters, performing heating safety checks, verifying proper heating/fan operation, and cleaning filters on mini-split system. Units were inspected, serviced, and confirmed to be functioning correctly for the heating season.
Responded to service call for furnace reporting error code 41 related to fan operation. Performed diagnostic inspection of control board and wiring connections. System was thoroughly tested with all components functioning properly; no current error codes present upon completion of service.
