These tips will save you time, ensure project is completed smoothly, and assist our representatives in providing the service excellence 4Front Energy is known for. We’ll begin our appointment by discussing your goals and ideas for your project. Together, we’ll walk-through your property to identify your areas of concern, evaluate your project details, and take any necessary measurements. It is critical that all decision makers are present during our appointment to be sure all of your questions are answered. With all the information we gather, we will develop a customized proposal designed specifically to your comfort needs and to provide solutions for your property.

- Be sure the work areas are clear. If you have boxes or shelves in front of your electrical, HVAC, or plumbing systems, please clear the space before your appointment.
- Secure your furry friends! If you have a pet prone to making a run for it at the sight of an open door, it’s best to put them in a safe place during our appointment.
- Have a vision in mind? Bring your reference photos to your appointment so we can make your home comfort dreams come true.
HVAC Estimate
The estimation process can vary in length depending on your needs, the complexity of the job, and the number of questions you may have. It is critical that all decision makers be present for your estimate appointment. Please allow at least 90 minutes for this visit. This will allow us to go over all of your questions and review the best options for your unique property. We’re on our way to provide service or make a repair? Here are a few suggestions to keep your appointment moving smoothly and get your repairs handled quickly. Please be sure to remain available throughout the entirety of your arrival window and contact our office if you need to reschedule.

The installation process can vary from a few hours to days depending on the complexity of your project and the type of equipment. We are here to help every step of the way. If you have any questions before your installation, please contact our office.

- If your project required a down payment, make sure that has been paid. Delays in payment can hold up your project and may result in rescheduling.

- In addition to the work space, make a clear path from our entry point to your installation. Our technicians prioritize respecting your home, but putting away that irreplaceable vase that could get bumped is a great idea.
