Successfully installed and configured a ChargePoint Home Flex charging station in the garage for a 2024 Dodge Hornet. Unit was securely mounted to the concrete wall with proper electrical connections, and was successfully connected to WiFi and registered to the customer's account for PAYG rental service (activation code: AcclathomeMN).
Completed installation of Xcel-supplied EV charger adjacent to the existing electrical panel using surface-mounted conduit for protection. Hardwired and fused the charging station at 60 amps to provide 48 amp output capacity, and successfully configured the ChargePoint app connectivity during installation.
Successfully completed dual EV charging system modification. Rerouted existing Charge Point charger to operate on 240V/20A circuit (16A output) while installing customer-provided Grizzle-E charger on a hardwired 40A circuit (32A output). Reconfigured load management system with existing contactors to maintain proper operation with both charging systems.
Successfully replaced an Enel X Juicebox EV charging station with customer-supplied Emporia EV charger. Extended flexible metal conduit from existing junction box to new charging unit location and verified proper connection to dedicated 60-amp circuit marked "EV" in electrical panel. Installation is complete and operational.
Conducted inspection correction service for electrical installations involving panel modifications and various circuits. Verified panel connections for Square D QO system in unfinished basement, documented grounding issues with 3-wire outlets, and addressed an intermittent exterior light switch. Coordinated with HVAC system that required proper reconnection of temporary furnace wiring (VuSpex ELE2510-11375), and prepared for follow-up physical inspection (ELE2510-11756).
