Successfully completed a 150 amp electrical panel upgrade, replacing the existing 100 amp Square D HOM panel with a new 150 amp Eaton BR panel featuring new breakers throughout. Installed a new meter socket with bypass and main disconnect, added a 2" PVC expansion coupling to the down pipe per code requirements, and installed a whole house surge protector. Also set up Dakota Electric's multi-load off-peak system with CT cabinet, sub-meter with LCR, and EV charger installation.
Performed replacement of defective 220V contactor in Dakota Electric CT cabinet for baseboard heater system. During installation, identified disconnected coil wire causing previous operational issues. Successfully installed new contactor, properly connected all wiring, and tested baseboard heaters to confirm proper functionality of the off-peak meter system.
Completed interior panel swap of 200A 40-space GE electrical panel. Removed existing panel internals and installed new components from same manufacturer while preserving and reusing all original circuit breakers. Service included reorganizing and reconnecting existing wiring to restore functionality. No inspection required as work constituted minor maintenance.
Replaced defective ChargePoint EV charger with warranty replacement unit and installed new load management device. Diagnosed improper functioning of the original load management controller. Verified proper charging operation with customer's vehicle after installation. Connected new charger to customer's wifi network as required.
