Reconfigured door access control system in outer vestibule by resetting the locking schedule as requested. Troubleshooted and reprogrammed the controller labeled "FRONT DOOR" that was not functioning properly at location 1077. Successfully restored automatic nightly locking functionality to all entrance doors.
Performed a 320-amp overhead service upgrade, installing a new emergency disconnect meter enclosure, service mast, and dual 150-amp panels in the basement with complete circuit reconnection. Additionally, installed required NEC-compliant grounding with two 8' ground rods and whole home surge protection, plus added two new AFCI/GFCI protected circuits with multiple receptacles for customer's music equipment.
Completed a 200 amp overhead service upgrade, installing new meter enclosure, service mast, and weatherhead at existing outdoor location. Installed new 40-space main electrical panel in basement with all new circuit breakers while maintaining existing circuit protection, along with whole home surge protection and proper grounding via dual 8' ground rods. Also installed 30 amp dedicated wiring with junction box for water heater in unfinished basement ceiling area.
Successfully installed the customer-supplied Emporia EV charger, replacing the previous Enel X Juicebox unit. Added dedicated circuit in main electrical panel with proper labeling for the Honda charging system. Completed final inspection with all connections verified for proper operation and safety compliance. Removed the old Enel X Juicebox unit to be returned to Electrum per instructions.
Diagnosed and replaced faulty undercabinet lighting system in kitchen. Identified loose wiring connections inside cabinets that had caused illumination failure. Restored functionality to all lighting fixtures after securing connections and testing operation.
Successfully installed and programmed a ChargePoint Home Flex CPH50 electric vehicle charging station (SN: 2519G2031865) for customer's Volkswagen ID.4 (2023). Hardwired the unit to an existing 240V circuit and verified proper functionality. Connected customer to vendor application with activation code AcclathomeMN.
Replaced existing power vent water heater with new Bradford White G2 50-Gallon Electric Hybrid Heat Pump Water Heater (M# RE2HP5010-1NCTT). Relocated unit for improved accessibility near exterior wall and electrical panel, disconnected gas line and capped, installed new water isolation shut-off valves to code, and connected condensate line to floor drain in laundry room. System tested with no leaks detected.
Successfully completed a 200 amp electrical service upgrade, installing a new outdoor meter enclosure with extended service mast to meet NEC clearance requirements. Replaced the existing panel with a new 200 amp 40-space main electrical panel in the unfinished basement, reconnecting all circuits with new breakers, and installed a whole home surge protective device along with proper grounding using two 8' ground rods and bonding to the water meter.
Completed installation of customer-supplied LED and exterior fixtures. Installed multiple receptacles including one in 2nd floor bedroom. Installed a ChargePoint EV charging station with load management capability in a 100A electrical panel. Implemented a Load Management Device (LMD) to automatically disable the charger when household consumption exceeds capacity, ensuring code compliance. Converted existing NEMA 14-50R receptacle to a junction box, hardwired the unit for 40A output (50A fused), and configured the charger's WiFi connectivity and app settings.
